chocolate chip cookie bites

in the kitchen, i am not that creative. one time i made black bean burgers and summer sangria with my friends, and recently i posted a margarita recipe...but that was a stroke of luck and the inspiration to make good stuff with friends.

the name of the post is the elitist version of this alternative post title: put cookie dough in a mini muffin tray. it's inspired, i know. if you follow me on instagram, you've already seen this, but here are the mesmerizing details if you'd like to try it!


you need:
cookie mix
mini-muffin tray
an oven

directions:
oven temp: 350. i'm rebellious and never preheat it.
fill each divot (muffin spot? cupcake hole?) half full with cookie dough.
bake for like...10 minutes? depending on the mix/cookie recipe. check it every so often.
remove the tray when the cookie bites are golden brown on top.
